Washing machine tub loose

Oct 15, 2012 Get shopping advice from experts, friends and the community! My washing machine started spinning out of control last night. It made a horrible noise once it hit the spin cycle. We did have a heavy load in it. Once we removed the clothes the inner tub is very loose now and can be moved all around. I opened it up to check the springs. They are all in tact but do seem old?
